About the Founder
ELIZABETH AINSWORTH
Elizabeth Ainsworth is an accomplished IT Service Management Lead with over two decades of experience in the technology sector. Renowned for her strategic vision and calm, grounded leadership, she has successfully led global teams and implemented robust service management frameworks across diverse organizations. Her leadership philosophy centers on integrity, collaboration, and purpose; qualities that have earned her deep respect within her field.
In 2021, Elizabeth founded Esmen’s Curry Powder Inc, inspired by her great-grandmother’s cherished recipe. Through this bold five-spice blend, she honours her Jamaican heritage and preserves a legacy of family, culture, and connection—infusing every jar with the essence of tradition and love.
In 2025, she expanded her mission with the creation of elevateyou.me, a non-profit dedicated to personal growth, healing, and intentional living. Through workshops, coaching, and community initiatives, ElevateYou.me empowers individuals to reconnect with their authentic selves and live with greater awareness and purpose.
That same year, Elizabeth published her debut book, I AM Unshaken: How to Identify, Accept, and Maintain Your True Self, a transformational guide that helps readers break free from limitations, renew their mindset, and live their truth with confidence and grace. She also co-authored the powerful anthology Women, Work & Leadership: Embracing Courage and Leading Boldly from Within, sharing insights from her personal and professional journey to inspire women to lead with authenticity and courage.
Beyond her professional and creative pursuits, Elizabeth is deeply passionate about holistic well-being. She finds grounding in yoga, music, and the stillness of nature. Her guiding mantra—“Nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished”—reflects her belief in patience, presence, and purpose as pathways to fulfillment.
Above all, Elizabeth is the proud mother of two remarkable young adults. Her last name, Ainsworth, is both a legacy and a daily reminder to honour her worth, and to help others recognize their own.
